Stay Safe​

We take user safety seriously. Follow these simple rules whenever you interact with anyone claiming to be part of the Cypher team:

  • Cypher team will never DM you first.
    We only communicate through public channels or verified support tickets. If someone messages you privately — assume it’s fake until verified.

  • If you’re unsure, confirm through an official support ticket in our Discord.
    Never move a conversation to DMs without confirmation from a verified Cypher mod.

  • Never share your seed phrase, private key, or wallet access.
    No one from the Cypher team will ever ask for that — under any circumstances.

  • Always make sure you’re talking to official accounts.
    Only interact with verified Cypher profiles on Discord, Telegram, or Twitter.

  • Cypher will never ask for funds, access, or personal data.
    If something doesn’t feel right — stop immediately and open a support ticket in our Discord to confirm.
